Another Wonderful Day

It is absolutely amazing how each new day is filled with beauty and yet so different from the day before. These pictures don't nearly capture what we are actually seeing. We highly recommend that all of you take this trip- just be prepared, with lots of energy, stamina, patience, flexibility- most of the time it feels like the amazing race- but it's so worth it.

Our day started with a horse drawn wagon ride through Austrian Alp Forest. It was so picturesque and peaceful. Then we spent some time in Innsbruck, a beautiful city. We shopped in Swarovski and found it was not all as expensive as we thought. I even bought some earrings! While walking around we came across a busker with marrionettes. It was very cute. From there we headed to Leichtenstein for a coffee stop.

When we arrived in Lucerne, Switzerland, we went to see the Lion memorial, in honor of the Swiss who died defending the King. Our dinner and entertainment tonight were fantastic. We has Swiss yodelling, Canadian yodelling, alphorn players from Switzerland and Canada, and many other instruments. They were very talented and entertaining.
